No thoughts
There are no thoughts. There are no words. It is so delightful at times not to think about anything, but just to Be. This does not happen often, we do not always have enough time, and yet in everyone's hurry, we need it.
You know that moments of awareness, even if they are very short, are extremely important. When you are calm, you become yourself, you can get an idea of where you are and where you want to go. Allow yourself these moments without thinking about actions, because they can wait. Remember: immobility does not mean that you are standing still. This is a precious reboot/update moment.
