Human energy

You are probably familiar with the phrase: where you direct your attention, your energy goes there. It turns out that this is the basic rule of our world, and not just in the East there are many practices for managing your attention.

Where our attention is directed, we give our vital energy, which in turn forms our reality.

Now look at your life from this point of view.

When you watch TV, where is your attention, and, accordingly, where and what is your energy spent on?

When you discuss someone, for example, politicians or a neighbor, where is your attention and your energy?

You feed your vital energy to those whom you think about, to whom you direct your attention.

If a man has left you, and you continue to think about him, then what will become of your life? You have given all your energy to him, and will you now be interesting and attractive to other men?

What will happen in your life if you constantly give your energy to TV, work, or your boss?

Will you have enough energy to be a happy and complacent person here and now? Will a woman without energy be able to attract a man into her life? And a man can find a companion of his life if he can't forgive his ex-wife and constantly thinks negatively about her?

Maybe it makes sense to think and look at your life from the perspective of this law of the universe and stop giving the precious energy of your attention to politicians, neighbors, and the boss...

After all, no matter how much we strive to be filled with energy in meditation, if we thoughtlessly distribute it left and right, if our attention is scattered to the outside world, then all our aspirations to be filled and self - sufficient are just a waste of time.
